Business activity

Mobilier Bali puts its clients in touch with furniture-making workshops located in Bali (Indonesia), and handles on site the selection of makers, production follow-up, quality control before shipping and the organisation of transport. Each project is the subject of a prior written quote, with no obligation.

Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The photographs of workshops, production and projects are authentic pictures taken on site.

Disputes

If a problem arises, please contact us first at [email protected] or on WhatsApp: we always look for an amicable solution, and it is almost always the fastest.

As the publisher is established in Indonesia, it does not fall under the French consumer mediation scheme. This takes nothing away from your rights: if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. The conditions specific to each order (deposit, lead times, transport, receipt of goods) are set out in the written quote sent to you before any commitment.
