This website sets no cookies, uses no advertising trackers and sells no data. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us in order to get a quote.

Our company is established in Indonesia. Because we offer our services to people located in the European Union, the GDPR applies in full to this processing (Article 3(2) of the Regulation), and you have all the rights described below.
What data, and why
The "Describe your project" form collects only what is needed to reply to you with an estimate:

Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — you write to us to obtain a quote.
No marketing: your contact details are used only to handle your request. They are not sold, rented or used for a newsletter.
Who has access
Your message is sent by email to our team and to our agent in Bali — that is, only to the people who will handle your project. Your request is therefore read from Indonesia, which is inherent to the service: the whole point of an agent on the ground is that he reads your project and goes to see the workshops for you. There are no other recipients apart from our technical providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, routing of form emails and connection logs. Cloudflare is established in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by its certification under the Data Privacy Framework.
How long
- Your quote request: kept in our mailbox for as long as it takes to handle the project, then for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal periods. If you do not follow up, it is deleted after 3 years.
- If sending fails: if the email cannot be sent, your request is automatically kept for 180 days maximum so that we can still reply despite the outage, then automatically erased.
- Technical logs (IP address, page viewed): kept by the host for security purposes and aggregated statistics, without being linked to your identity.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website sets no cookies — neither technical, advertising nor analytics cookies. That is why you see no consent banner. The traffic statistics we consult are calculated by the host from server logs, in aggregate form, without any identifier stored on your device.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]: we reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) — cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
If you write to us via the WhatsApp button, the conversation is routed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta), under its own terms and privacy policy, over which we have no control. We receive your number and your messages there, and process them for the same purposes as the form.
