Konayuki Villa: four bedrooms furnished from terrace to bathroom

In Pererenan, on Bali's west coast, Konayuki Villa offers 4 bedrooms and 550 m² of living space by the river. Contemporary architecture, wood-slatted ceilings, spaces that open entirely onto the garden — and furniture made by the very same workshops that produce your orders.

It is the most useful project to show, for a simple reason: several of the pieces you see here also appear, photographed on their own, in our catalogue. So you can judge for yourself how something that elsewhere is just a piece of furniture on a plain background looks once it is installed in a real home.

The villa and its outdoor spaces

Two levels opening onto a pool and a lush garden, six minutes from Pererenan beach. The terraces are fitted with teak outdoor furniture — a low lounge with removable cushion covers by the water, woven rattan armchairs and a solid side table on the upper terrace.

Living room, dining room, kitchen

The living area is one continuous space: lounge, dining table and kitchen follow one another under the same slatted ceiling. You will find a suar root coffee table, a large solid wood oval dining table with its matching armchairs, a kitchen island clad in solid teak with carved-seat stools — plus the rugs and pendant lights that set the tone.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All four bedrooms share the same vocabulary: solid teak platform beds, full-width headboards with integrated bedside tables, consoles and bed benches in the same wood. In the bathrooms, curved teak vanity units set against coloured tiles, and full-length tops running beneath the mirrors.

What this project shows

A villa of this size is an order that keeps several workshops busy in parallel — the cabinetmaker for the bedroom furniture is not the upholsterer for the sofa, nor the workshop that weaves the rattan. That is exactly the coordination work described on our workshop selection page, and piece-by-piece inspection before shipping really matters at this volume.
